A week's filmmaking experience for students from 8-18. Lead by screen actor, director and writer David O'Mahony and screen star and former child actress Ali Bastian students will experience every aspect of filmmaking - writing, performing, shooting, editing and screening a short film that they themselves create during the week. From complete beginners and young performers to TY students to Leaving Cert students. Through collaboration and teamwork they will create and experience the fun and imagination that can be created on screen. Using professional equipment and guidance from industry creatives - with an invitation to explore all aspects of filmmaking and encouragement to focus or embrace it all.

(Please note, all students will have the option to be in front of the camera or to opt out of this. The final films will be for educational purposes only and will only be shared with students to have on the agreement of all participants. Footage will not be stored on request.)
